Blending

Our state-of-the-art equipment includes V-Shaped stainless-steel Patterson Kelly and Gemco blenders, ranging in size from 2 cubic feet to 175 cubic feet. Tableting and Coating

- At our state-of-the-art facility, we offer a wide range of coating capabilities, including pharmaceutical glaze, aqueous film coating, and enteric coating. This allows us to produce high-quality nutritional supplements that meet the specific needs of our customers.
Packaging (tablets/ capsules/ powders)
- At PuroVite, we have a combined fully automated lines and semiautomatic counters that can produce over 200,000 bottles of nutrition supplements per day. This allows us to meet the high demand for these products while maintaining a consistent level of quality. Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to streamline the manufacturing process and ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
- For products in powder form, two automated lines produce approximately 12,000 bottles daily. This allows us to rapidly and effectively manufacture high-quality supplements that meet the needs of our customers. - Gelatin or vegetable capsules may be produced in the following sizes: “000”, “00”, ”0”, “1”, “3”, “4” and elongated “00”

- PuroVite has a state-of-the-art Liquid Capsule Department equipped with three liquid-filling machines and banders. This allows us to produce two-piece liquid capsules that are of the highest quality and meet all industry standards.
